Data collected
This website has no form. I only receive the data you send me:
- by email or phone: name, contact details, type of premises, size, message;
- through online booking: name, email address, phone number, address of the premises and the time slot chosen.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request, arranging the on-site assessment and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Managing the client relationship and invoicing: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
Recipients and service providers
Your data is processed by me alone. It is never sold or passed on. I use the following providers:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): website hosting. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing an adequate level of protection.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace): email and online booking. Transfers outside the European Union may take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, European Union), Bunny Fonts service: displays the website's fonts; your IP address is used technically to deliver the fonts, without cookies.
Retention periods
- Request with no follow-up: 3 years after the last contact.
- Client: for the whole business relationship, then 5 years.
- Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To use these rights, write to me at contact@eclatgestion.com; I reply within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. The booking page is hosted by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
